George Wiley began his Real Estate career in 1995 with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty in Peachtree City, GA. He attended Clayton State College and then went on to get his Associate Broker's license in 2007. While starting out in 1995 he also worked full time with the U. S. Postal Service, HQs Sales. In 2007 he became Managing Broker and helped grow the office from 35 agents to 86 agents between 2007 and 2010. This happened after being one of the top agents in 2005 and 2006. In 2010 he went back to the U.S. Postal Service and finished up his retirement with 32 years. His U.S. Postal Service positions included Mail Carrier, Account Manager, Shipping Specialist, Strategic Account Manager HQs and HQs District Sales Manager for Greater South Carolina District. After retiring, George started back with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty in 2021. He now has his Associate Broker/Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty and a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, as well as Associate Broker in Summerville SC and a member of the Charleston Trident Associate of Realtors. George has been married to Sarah Wiley for over 34 years. Awards and achievements over the years include Top Agent for the month for the Fayetteville/Peachtree City office as well as Top Agent for the company for several months; Top Producer – 1st Runner – Up Fayette office and 2nd Runner Up in sales companywide during 2006; President's Club Award Bullard Realty; Highest Priced Sale; Life Time member of the Fayette County Million Dollar Club/Circle of Achievement; Director Fayette County Board; International Diamond Society for Coldwell Banker and Bronze Society; Commercial Real Estate training in 2004.
